The Ladies Gaelic Football Association currently employs 21 full time staff. 10 of whom are based in Croke Park and and 11 of whom are based at various locations around the country.
Chief Executive Officer: Helen O’Rourke
Helen took up the position of CEO of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA) in 1997 after a term as President. As CEO she is responsible for the day to day running of the Association and for the management of all employed staff. Helen can be contacted at info@ladiesgaelic.ie
National Games Development Officer: Paula Prunty
Paula started working for the LGFA in 2003. She is responsible for the overall development and implementation of all games development initiatives and programmes within the Association. Paula manages the 7 person development team and is also the National Children’s Officer. Paula can be contacted at paula@ladiesgaelic.ie
National Finance Officer: Maire Ni Mhaoilchiarain
Maire started working with the LGFA in 2008. Working in conjunction with the National Treasurers, Maire deals with the daily finances of the Association and she is also the National Registrar, which involves the processing of all the associations registrations. Injury Fund Co-ordinator: Rosemarie Coyle
Rosemarie started working with the LGFA in 2008. Working in conjunction with the National Registrars she administers the Injury Fund. This involves processing and paying any received claims. She can be contacted at rosemarie@ladiesgaelic.ie in relation to any injury queries
National Games Administrator: Karen Togher
Karen Togher started working with the LGFA in 2010. Karen works in conjunction with the National Fixtures Commitee and is responsible for the administration and co-ordinaton of all national fixtures of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association and can be contacted at Karen@ladiesgaelic.ie
National Administrator: Clare Clarke
Clare started working with the Association in 2003. She manages all the day to day correspondence of the Association and is also in charge of the organisation of specific Association events such as Congress or the All Stars. Clare can be contacted at info@ladiesgaelic.ie
National Coaching Officer: Aislinn Harkin
Aislinn has been working for LGFA since summer 2011. She is the Administrator for all the coach and referee education programmes. She is also the contact for all the Association’s overseas units. Regional Development Officers: Lyn Savage, William Harmon and Mary Corry.
Working under the National Games Development Officer Paula Prunty the role of the RDGO is to assist in the development and implementation of all games development initiatives of the Association.

Urban Programme Officers: Eliza Downey, Tara Ryan, Lisa Cafferky, and Cliodhna O’Connor.
The Urban Programme Officers began working with the Association in 2010. Their positions are funded by the GAA. The are responsible for the implementation of the Gaelic4Girls and Gaelic4Mothers initiatives in their respective Counties. Each UPO has four counties assigned to them at any given time.

Provincial Development Officers.
Each of the Provincial Development Officers are answerable to their respective provincial employers but work in conjunction with the National Development Team. They are responsible for the development and implementation of general games development within their province.
