All the latest from the Dublin County Board

The Dublin U14 team will have to battle it out again with Mayo in
order to determine who is crowned this year’s All Ireland U14 winners
following a thriller of a game in Birr last Saturday. The final
score Dublin 0-13 Mayo 1-10.

Well done to Dublin captain Fiona Hudson who was named as the player
of the Match. The date for the replay TBA.

This Sunday the Dublin senior team take on Laois in the 2004 TG4
Leinster senior final. The match takes place in Dr. Cullen Park
Carlow with a 3.45pm throw in. Dublin will be aiming to make it
three in a row of Leinster titles while Laois are hoping to regain
the title having lost to Dublin in the last two Leinster finals,
a thrilling encounter is on the cards.

Clubs, members and supporters are requested to make the short journey
to Carlow to support the girls; the senior match is preceded by
the Junior final Kildare versus Wexford 2pm. The July County Committee
meeting takes place this Tuesday night the 20th of July in Parnell
Park at 7.30pm. Clubs are required to have at least two delegates
in attendance.

The pairings for the Club County finals are now known, Senior Final
Ballyboden St Endas v Naomh Mearnog, Inter Final Man-O-War v Fingallians,
Junior Final Raheny v St Sylvesters, these finals will take place
on the 7th of August in Parnell Park. Junior B Final Thomas Davis
v Clontarf, Junior C Final Garda v Na Fianna, Junior D Final Cuala
v Naomh Barrog these finals take place on the 28th of July with
the times and venue TBA. Ballyboden St Endas, Na Fianna, Fingallians
and St Brigids B are requested to return the adult championship
cups at the July County Committee Meeting.

Clubs where all issued with their tickets for the Dublin Ladies
Monster fund raising draw last week and are asked to give this draw
their full support. The draw will take place on the 17th of August.

Congratulations to Dublin and Kilmacud Crokes star Ann Marie Cahill
on her marriage to Liam McBarron.
