Oldcastle will now face Foxrock/Cabinteely in their quarter final next Sunday.

Aisling McGing U21 Championship Round 2 game v Tyrone 

Sunday October 8th 

 

Half time: Meath 1 – 08 – Tyrone 0 – 08

Full time:  Meath 2 – 15 – Tyrone 0 – 15

 

Next up for Meath U21s will be a home game verses Galway on October 22nd

Leinster Intermediate Club Championship quarter final:

Tinahely 3 – 08 – Dunboyne 1 – 14 FT

 

After extra time the scores were level. Tinahely 3 – 13 – Dunboyne 2 – 16 

Then after sudden death kicks of which Dunboyne scored two from eight (one from Fiona O’Neill and the winner from Alison O’Sullivan) and Tinahely scored one from eight Dunboyne go through to semi final where they will meet Park Ratheniska Ladies of Laois. Details TBC during the week.

Leinster Junior Club Championship quarter final:

Clann na nGael booked a semi final spot in the Leinster Junior Semi-final when they overcame Bennekerry/Tinryland of Carlow in Sean Newman Park on Sunday morning. The final score there was 

Clann na nGael 3 – 17 – Bennekerry/Tinryland 3 – 08.

They will now meet Dromard of Longford – Details also TBC.
