DLGFA - Weekly Update

The Dublin Ladies Football Management Team have organised a One Day Tournament in an attempt to unearth new players to participate on our Senior & Junior (Senior B) Panels for 2009.The matches will be played on a blitz style basis of 20 minutes per half. Feedback/Comments regarding the recent Juvenile restructuring proposals must be emailed to dubgirlsgaelic@hotmail.com before 9pm on 1st December 2008 to be considered for the December board meeting.

 

Bandwidth.ie Telecommunications – Juvenile finals continued over the weekend. Well done to all who participated.
DLGFA would like to thank O’Tooles, Lucan Sarsfields and St Margaret’s for the use of their facilities to play finals over the weekend.

 

Well done to Ballyboden St Enda who completed the league and championship double when winning the Division one league on Saturday in a winner takes all game with Naomh Mearnog/Sylvesters. Match report & images on website.

 

Please note the next County board meeting will take place on the 9th December at 19.30hrs.

 

ALL MENTORS are asked to contact the assigned REFEREE minimum of 2 days before the game. Should the referee be unavailable the Fixtures Co-ordinator should be contacted at 086-2503844 and a new referee will be arranged. REFEREES will be updated on website as they are changed so clubs are asked to check this on a regular basis.
