Ladies Intermediate Championship Final 2009 2009 Armagh Harps V Cullyhanna Athletic Grounds Armagh 23 August The Intermediate proved to be a wonderfull spectacale of Ladies Football, with a hard fought game not much between these two sides, Armagh Harps fought hard and well in the first half with Kellyann Conlon in goals making crucial saves, and Tanya McCoy in the backs making headaches for Cullyhanna. Shauna McCready was a brillant workhorse winning ball and giving an excellant display of the skills of football. Her partner Paula Powell worked together constantantly and caused problems for Cullyhanna in the first half. Fiounla McKenna found the net seconds before the end of half time, to the rapturous applause of the Armagh Harps supporters. In the second half Cullyhanna foraged away to bring the game level , Berni Murray not tired out by her All Ireland Camogie final on Saturday caused havoc for Harps, Eimear Tasker secured the title for Cullyhanna with an excellant point. Player of the match went to Berni Murray Cullyhanna a credit to both football and camogie.
