164. County Boards shall have within their respective Counties

 

g) Power to grade or re-grade players and teams at Club level.

(h) County Boards must notify Provincial and Central Councils on the official grading
form by the 1st March, of Clubs that are being proposed to be downgraded for
Championship purposes within their Counties, and the reasons why they should be
downgraded

The grading of Clubs shall be subject to approval of Central Council.

Counties who operate a promotion and relegation championship structure within their
counties must notify Provincial and Central Council on the official grading form of the
club/s who are relegated for the following season, by the 31st January each year.

 

County Boards must forward the application for regrading form to Head Office to be dealt with by the National Grading Committee and a copy must also be forwarded to Provincial Council.
