Video: Monaghan Lead the Way for Match Promotion

Last Sunday Monaghan welcomed Cork to Blackhill for a crunch TESCO NFL Division 1 encounter. The Monaghan county board put in a huge amount of work into promoting the fixture and that work certainly paid off as a huge crowd of over 1,000 people jammed into the ground and got behind their county in the closing minutes of the game as Monaghan needed that extra push to get them over the line.

The Monaghan County board have now shown other counties how to generate a big, vocal home support and also what a difference that vocal crowd can make when the players on the field need that extra bit of encouragement.
