Kildare announce appointment of new minor team manager for 2018

Kildare LGFA wish to announce that Gavin Doyle is our new Minor team manager for 2018.

Gavin is a native of Athgarvan but now living in Portlaoise.

He has managed club teams in Laois such as Park/Ratheniska and Balyfin, along with teams in Athgarvan from u10 up to Senior. 

Gavin played with Athgarvan from 1994 up to 2013, and he also managed the Laois minor ladies that were narrowly defeated by Kildare in last year’s Leinster championship.

He brings with him an experienced backroom team of Brian Willis (Kilcullen), Wayne Freeman (Monasterevin) and Kieran Lambe (Athgarvan). 

We here in Kildare LGFA are looking forward to working alongside Gavin and his backroom team and wish them the very best of luck for 2018.
