Credit to all 8 teams and their management for the preparation, passion and determination shown on the pitch last night. Only a few years ago we had 2 adult divisions and a handful of teams in each. Supporters were virtually unheard off. But not so now. Huge support at both venues last night is a sure sign of the progress our sport is making with 6 divisions packed with teams resulting in 6 adult county finals this week. Results from last night are: Junior A – Skerris Harps 5-12 St. Peregrines 3-09 Junior B – Garristown 2-09 Clan Na Gael Fontenoy 3-06 (Draw) Junior C – Croi Ro Naofa 2-10 Na Fianna B 2-09 Junior D – St.Annes 2-09 Lucan Sarsfields 3-05 Garristown V Clan Na Gael Fontenoy will be replayed (date and venue to be confirmed) Friday night is the Intermediate and Seniors turn. These matches make history as being the first ever to be covered by TV. To make it an extra special event we have made every effort to lay on something for everyone.
