Club2Gether Makes Impact on Clubs

On Sunday 2nd March, clubs from all over Ireland gathered in Croke Park for the culmination of over 6 months of hard work through the LGFA’s Club2gether programme.

Now in its 8th year, Club2Gether is an LGFA club development initiative aimed at strengthening club structures. This initiative focuses on developing areas such as volunteer recruitment and retention, governance & officer training, sponsorship and fundraising, games development as well as planning for the future to ensure sustainable structures are in place going forward.

The clubs that completed the programme were:

Aeracha Uladh GAC Antrim
High moss Sarsfields Armagh
CLG Buncrana Donegal
Tyrrelstown GAA Dublin
Glenamaddy/Williamstown LGFC Galway
Killoe Ladies Longford
Ballinabrackey Meath
Clonard Volunteers Wexford
Craanford Monaseed LGFA Wexford

Well done to all 9 clubs on successfully completing the programme in 2024-2025. Each club availed of free training for their club officers and coaches, resources were also provided to each club to assist with building sustainable structures, and following the programmes end, participating clubs will receive follow up calls and support from National LGFA development staff.
