Galway and Monaghan both produced impressive displays to ensure their passage through to the TG4 All Ireland Senior Championship Semi Finals. Galway accounted for Tyrone in a one sided encounter where they shook off initial ring rustiness to dispose of the Ulster Finalists. Monaghan produced a 5 star display in the other match against Laois as they blew the competition away with an emphatic victory full of skill and pace.
