Galway Inter-county U16 Manager Position

Galway LGFA are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons for the position of Intercounty U16 manager for next season

Candidates must:

• Be a member of the LGFA & have a good working knowledge of how Ladies Football procedures & policies operate
• Hold current Garda Vetting & Safeguarding certificates
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of a successful track record in Club and or Inter-County Management.
• Have an ability to demonstrate/organise a high standard of Coaching (at least Level 1 Coaching Certificate is preferred).
• Have an understanding of and work within the Guidelines of the LGFA & the Code of Ethics & Good Practice for Young Players.
• Create a positive & safe environment to allow all players & management to develop to the best of their ability.
