31 January 2013 TESCO HomeGrown NFL Fixtures for Round 1 Share this Article 0 0 0 Shares! 0 Shares! The Tesco HomeGrown NFL returns this weekend with proceedings getting underway with the much anticipated meeting of Cork and Monaghan in Iniskeen. Defending champions, Monaghan, will be hoping to bring the All Ireland Champions crashing back down to earth after their triumph over Kerry in last October’s final. Donegal will host Laois in their league opener in Bundoran whilst Tyrone make the journey to Ballyhaunis to face last year’s division 2 champions, Mayo. Meath will make the short trip to Fingallians where they will face their neighbours Dublin in another exciting encounter. The tie of the round in Division 2 features Galway and Kildare. John Divilly featured at centre half back for Galway as they overcame Kildare in the All Ireland final in 1998 but now he leads the Kildare ladies team to Gawlay in the hopes of gaining early momentum.
