Clare Ladies Football Board Press Release

Clare Ladies Football Board Press Release 11/12/2006

The following is a provisional panel of players selected to take
part in a series of trials to formulate a playing panel for the
2007 inter-county season. Clare will compete in Division 2 of
the 2007 Suzuki National League and will participate in a newly
revamped All Ireland Intermediate championship. Clare’s opponents
in the Suzuki league will be Dublin, Sligo, Leitrim and Limerick
so an exciting campaign of football lies ahead. The opening match
is a home game against Limerick in early February.

A team meeting will take place in the West County Hotel @ 2.00pm
on Sunday next, December 17th to introduce the players to the
2007 management team and to finalise the planned training schedule
for the season ahead. All players listed below are requested to
attend. Clubs are also requested to instruct players not listed
below, but whom they consider to be of county standard, to attend
also. This is not a final list but merely a list of possible panellists
for the 2007 season.
