The Ladies Gaelic Football Association kicked off a series of videos for 2022 which will shine a light on just some of the many people who help to make our Association tick. Our ‘Heroes of Today, Inspire the Next Generation’ series will take a look a behind the scenes look at our players, administrators, coaches, young volunteers, parents and match officials, among others. Within the LGFA, there is a place for everyone and this Women in Sport initiative, which will showcase the work being done at grassroots level through to the high performance inter-county grades, is funded by Sport Ireland. We’ll bring you a video per month from January-December 2022, starting with outgoing Ulster LGFA chairperson, Eileen Jones from Tyrone. We hope you’ll be inspired by what you see, and you can share the stories of your local heroes to our social media pages. #LGFAHero The full series is available by clicking HERE Watch Eileen start in January below: Learn Be Ready to Play Go Games GAA/OCO Rights Awareness Resource #SignMeUp Upcoming Webinars More Than a Game Evaluations and Papers Heroes of Today Campaign Leading Provincial Females Be Positive with 5-a-Day GYW Adult Courses The LGFA Research Pod Learn to Lead Webinars - Watch Back Gaelic Games Concussion Awareness Key Fouls Sport Ireland Webinars The Greatest Gift #SeriousSupport Schools Programme Games Development Initiatives Volunteer Recruitment Lgfa Underage Skills Logbook Lgfa Skill Cards Lgfa Skills Videos Skill Drills The Lgfa Goalkeeper
