The LGFA ‘Laoch’ Programme aims to develop and upskill aspiring LGFA adult county players to increase their visibility and profile but also providing continuous professional development in relation to media and their position as a role model. Who is the Programme for? ‘Laoch’ is aimed at adult county captains, vice captains and their leadership teams. Why Should You Attend? The profile of our game has increased rapidly over the past few years and it is essential that we provide the training and support required by our key models as they aspire to enhance communication and motivate and inspire others to get involved in sport. The training will also be delivered by experts in the field of media and leadership. What are the Aims of the Programme?
