To monitor disbandment and establishment of clubs in the county
To assist new clubs with putting in place appropriate and key structures
To ensure better club structures are put in place in clubs with difficulties
To increase player participation in the county
To promote the recruitment of new volunteers through the Ready Steady Coach Programme
To promote the recruitment of coaches through ‘Unlocking the Potential’ Coach Development Programme
To recruit new referees through the organisation of ‘Grab Your Whistle’ courses
To advise clubs in the establishment of club school links
Make contact with GAA clubs in which there is no ladies section
