St. Dominic's Notes 29.06.2015

The launch of the Adult Club Championship took place on Friday26th June last at Loughnaneane Park in Roscommon. St. Dominic’s ” Roscommon Leisure Zone” sponsored junior team were well represented by our captain Chloe Joyce and St. Dominic’s ladies secretary Micheal Corcoran. Our first game takes place Saturday 4th of July against St. Barry’s . Training continues Friday evening for our “Roscommon Leisure Zone” sponsored Minor and Junior ladies football panels from 7 to 8pm at the pitch.
Congratulations to St. Dominic’s Ladies footballer, Ciara Mac Carthy on winning the Roscommon GAA Gaeltacht Grant Competition 2015. Part of the competition process was to write a 300 word essay “as Gaeilge” entitled ” An Cumann Luthchleas Gael Sa bhliain 2015″. Well done Ciara enjoy your time in Ros a Mhil.
