Bord Gáis Energy National League Semi Finals...

With all the round stages complete the top four teams from each of the four Divisions are deep in preparation for the Bord Gáis Energy Semi Finals.

In division 4 the Round Stages left the table as follows:

In Division 3, the round stages were so competitive that three teams topped the group on 18 points:

The semi final pairings for Division 3 were decided by a draw carried out by the National Fixtures Committee.

Sunday the 29th of March  Division 3 

Leitrim v Down, 2.00pm, Clones, Monaghan, (Y Duffy)

Armaghv Westmeath, (TBC)

 

In Division 2 it was Mayo who finished top of the pile, and although Kerry started with great gusto they recorded a number of loses towards the end of the round stages and just got the final spot for the semi final stages.

On the 29th of April the division 2 semi finals will take over St Brendan’s Park in Birr.

Mayo v Kerry, 3.00pm, St Brendan’s Park, Birr, (P Kehoe)

As many predicted, Cork topped Division 1, but a surprise to some will be the presence of Meath in the semi final stages. They will need a big performance if they are going to make the finals.
