Cork to host a SAQ coaching course

Co. Cork Sports Partnership is hosting an SAQ (Speed Agility
Quickness) Foundation Coaching Course this Friday April 20th from
4pm – 10pm in the Glanmire Community College, Co. Cork (course
fee is €50 per person). This course will be delivered by Jim Kilty,
coach to Derval O’ Rourke ,Mayo Footballers and many others.

There are still a few places remaining on this course, we would
appreciate it if you could circulate this information to your
members.
