Eamon Ryan to be Honoured

Eamon Ryan is to be inducted into the Cork Historical Club’s Hall of Fame. The award recognises the achievements of the legendary coach in gaelic games as a player and mentor with club and county teams and more recently as the manager of the Cork Senior Ladies Football team.

Ryan took charge of the Cork ladies team in 2004 and has since lead his team to an unprecedented period of success winning 7 All Ireland’s in 8 years including October’s victory over neighbours Kerry.

The presentation will take place on Friday at the St. Columbas Hall in Douglas Co. Cork at 9pm.
