Kilglass Gaels Notes 13.04.2015

Our adult team received a walkover from Padraig Pearses in the Div 3 league due to be played on Sunday afternoon last in Kilglass.

Kilglass/Barrys U-14 team had a good win over Elphin on Thursday evening last in Tarmonbarry.

Lotto: Kilglass Gaels Lotto took place in Reynolds on Saturday night last: the numbers drawn were 11,14,21,25 Bonus 16. No Jackpot winner 2 x 3 number winner’s €100 each–Mick Dunn & Maria Kelly.  Next week’s jackpot €2,100 for 4 correct numbers and €6,100 for 4 correct numbers PLUS the bonus number. Draw for 11^th Apr takes place in CJ’s.

 

Get Fit Get Healthy Challenge Week 8 Mon 13th to Fri 17th: Mon 13th Walk at pitch 8-9:30pm, Tue 14th: Circuit Training with Niall Kilcrann 9-10pm, Wed 15th Walk at pitch 8-9:30, Thurs 16th: Circuit Training 9-10pm.

After 8 weeks of activities our Get Fit Get Healthy Challenge comes to an end on Fri next 17th April. The format for the night is as follows: 7-8p.m Final weigh-in plus free waist line measurement and blood pressure check for all participants who registered for challenge on Sun 22nd Feb.

8-9p.m. food will be served to all participants courtesy of Elizabeth Durcan & Brian Hall followed by Trad Session.

Kilglass Gaels GAA Presents TRAD NIGHT in association with Get Fit Get Healthy Challenge in Kilglass Gaels Complex on Friday 17th April from 9 pm til Late.
Special Guests: Face Of Ireland Winner Eimear Reynolds and Fr. Kevin Fallon fresh from his CD Launch “Twice The Catch”.
Come along and enjoy a great night of ceol agus craic with local musicians.
Banjo Players, Fiddle Players, Accordion Players plus Other performances on the night include Figure Dancing, Sean-nós Dancing, Recitation, and Ballad Singing.

Progressive 25: Continues in Kilglass Community Centre on Tuesday nights at 8.30p.m. Last week’s winner- Eileen Diamond –6 games. New Players welcome.

Bingo: Kilglass Gaels Bingo takes place in Kilglass Complex this Saturday and every Saturday night @ 8:30p.m. Jackpot €6000 on 46 calls or less.
