Matthews to Answer all your Health & Nutrition Questions Today

Well known nutritionist, Catherine Matthews, will join us today to answer all of your health and nutrition questions. The Questions and Answers session will take place on the Ladies Gaelic Football Association Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ladiesgaelic) today, December 5th, between 1 and 2 pm.

Catherine is one of the experts available to people that sign up to TESCO’s new Health and Wellbeing site: www.tesco.ie/healthandwellbeing. She studied Nutritional Science at University College Cork, Ireland. As a Senior Nutritionist, Catherine is responsible for overseeing the development and ongoing refinement of all diet and healthy living advice.  She also ensures that all members of Tesco health & wellbeing get the nutrition support and guidance they need. Having worked as a weight loss expert for the past 7 years she will be able to answer any of your nutrition and health-related queries.
