St. Gabriel's Ladies AGM

St Gabriels Ladies GAA Club host their AGM on Sunday 13th December @5pm in the Kilconnell Sports Centre. We are looking for people with an interest in being involved to come along to find out more.  The club cannot function without your help and as other clubs have seen each season has seen a significant decline in people being involved in the club. We welcome ALL of your ideas and opinions on how we as a club can change this going forward. We are also asking each person to consider a role within the club, the more people we have involved the easier it becomes to run the club.

 

Items for discussion

A/ Expressions of Interest for managerial positions ( these will be voted upon at our AGM) U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, MINORS, JUNIORS Managers will be required to organise at least one training session per week during the season and be available on match days. Some travel is involved within the County.

 

B/ Expressions of Interest for committee positions (these will be voted upon at our AGM)

CHAIRPERSON- attends county board meetings and runs club meetings,

SECRETARY- main contact for the County Board, TREASURER-monitors the club accounts and deposits club monies CHILD WELARE-first stop for anyone who has a concern regarding our juvenile players PRO-liases with the media to promote the club CLUB REGISTRAR-logs players registrations and uses online payment facility DEVELOPMENT OFFICER-looks for and organises courses for club members

Match Day Co-ordinators & Team Mentors
