2024 TG4 All-Ireland Finals tickets

Fermanagh's Eimear Smyth now virtually certain to claim 2024 ZuCar Golden Boot award!

FERMANAGH ace Eimear Smyth is now virtually certain to finish the 2024 TG4 All-Ireland Championship season with the ZuCar Golden Boot award.

The Derrygonnelly Harps sharpshooter is currently on 7-39 (60 points) and that’s 34 points clear of her nearest challenger, Wicklow’s Niamh Caffrey, whose interest in the 2024 Championship is at an end.

Smyth is also now preparing for a TG4 All-Ireland Junior Final appearance at Croke Park on Sunday August 4, when the Erne County will play Louth at 11.45am.

Players from Louth and Galway also occupy places in the current top 5.

In that top 5, Smyth, Louth’s Kate Flood and Galway pair Olivia Divilly and Róisín Leonard still retain a live interest in the 2024 TG4 All-Ireland Championships.

Flood and Louth will take on Smyth and Fermanagh in that Junior decider, while Divilly and Leonard will pit their wits against Kerry in the Senior Final.

The 2024 ZuCar Golden Boot will be awarded to the highest scorer across the three grades (Senior/Intermediate/Junior) of the TG4 All-Ireland Championship series and that will be Smyth, barring miraculous developments on TG4 All-Ireland Finals day.

Top 5
Eimear Smyth (Fermanagh) 7-39 (60)
Niamh Caffrey (Wicklow) 1-23 (26)
Kate Flood (Louth) 4-13 (25)
Olivia Divilly (Galway) 3-16 (25)
Róisín Leonard (Galway) 4-13 (25)
