A first for Saval and Down

The first every Ready Steady Play course in Down took place
last Wednesday 18th April in Saval GAC and was very well attended.
17 representatives from neighbouring clubs Drumgath,and St John’s
Bosco as well as the host club Saval took part in the new volunteer
recruitment programme. The course was delivered by Seamus Branniff
and Lynn Savage, two qualified Coaching Tutors who were excellent.
We would highly recommend this course to all clubs. One volunteer
who participated felt the course was ‘excellent because it gets
people involved and is very hands on. It gives new volunteers
confidence to get involved.’
