The Level 2 coaching course brings the focus back onto the sport itself and helping to equip coaches with the tools to allow them to develop the game of Ladies Gaelic football. The programme specifically focuses on helping coaches to identify patterns of play and gives coaches an understanding as to what is required by the players prior to adopting these new tactics. The course helps coaches to identify the skills and qualities required by each individual player to institute the new plays and how best to identify the players most suitable to fulfil the required roles. It enables coaches to tailor the training specific to the needs of their teams. It is an extremely practical course.
