Award for Sligo club

Drumcliffe-Rosses Point Junior Ladies Football team, winners of county and Connacht titles as well as being All-Ireland Junior Club Championship finalists in their inaugural campaign, are the 'Ladies Football' category winners in the Sligo Sports Awards for 2009.

The north Sligo club will receive their award at the 13th annual Sligo Sports Awards, organised by Sligo Weekender in association with the Clarion Hotel, which take place on Friday, February 26, at Sligo's Clarion Hotel.
