Open

Where a competition is classified as ‘Open’, it is primarily aimed at players who were born on the island of Ireland and have played the game for an extended period of time. However, this competition is available to all players who have an adequate skill level to compete.

International born

Where a competition is classified as ‘International born’, it is only for players who were not born on the island of Ireland i.e., birthplace is somewhere other than the island of Ireland.
