Caitríona Sherlock to Sing Anthem in Limerick

Caitríona Sherlock from Scottstown is the second semi finalist in our TG4 All Ireland Final National Anthem competition. Caitríona, who is a sean nós singer, was selected from a huge entry into the competition and will now perform live from the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick before the TG4 All Ireland Semi Final between Cork and Monaghan.

The Monaghan native is a former winner of both the Ulster  and All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil and earlier this year she performed at the TG4 Gradam Ceoil.

Fiona Hiney was the other semi finalist and she performed before Dublin versus Mayo match and one of these two, very talented ladies will be selected to perform the National Anthem at the TG4 All Ireland Final on September 25th in Croke Park.
