Calling
all lady footballers in Dublin……… …..

Our
county teams are achieving phenomenal success this
year again with an U14 All Ireland title already
in the bag, U16s All Ireland finalists, Minors Leinster
champions, Juniors Leinster finalists and Seniors
Leinster Champions for the 4th year in a row.

 The
introduction this year of our underage development
academies have proven a huge success and virtually
doubled the amount of young players getting exposure
to county standard training.

 On
a mentor front we have now had 3 acclaimed Fundamentals
Coaching Courses attended by over 100 coaches from
clubs across the county.

 Since
April, the capital has been a hive of activity match
wise, with over 100 club matches every week at all
levels.

 Next
week our club season peaks with our championship
county finals.

 Ladies
football in Dublin has never had a better story
to tell and it is one we should all be proud of
because it is us as players, mentors, parents, county
boards etc that is making it such a success story.   
We are not always good however at celebrating this
success or indeed supporting it, but next week we
are asking you to change that and to come out in
force to the pinnacle of our club season.

 The
county board is working very hard to encourage media
coverage (TV, Radio & Newspaper) as well as
some future potential sponsors to attend.  For this
to be successful it is imperative that we have a
big turnout from YOU our members.

 Please
do what you can to support this.  Bring a car load
of people, organize a bus, promote within your teams
and club, turn up with your flags and club colours….whatever
it takes to do your bit for the occasion and help
us make this a success.
