Carnacon and Donaghmoyne name their teams

The TESCO Homegrown Senior All Ireland Club final takes place this Sunday at 1.30pm in Ballinamore between Carnacon and Donaghmoyne. Both teams are littered with intercounty players along with present and former All Star Players.

Carnacon will call on the likes of Noelle Tierney, Claire Egan, Michelle McGing and Cora Staunton who have 13 All Star awards between them. Donaghmoyne are not far behind with Sharon Courtney, Amanda Casey and Cathriona McConnell sharing 4 All Stars.

The two sides have met in the past at this stage with Donaghmoyne claiming the title in 2006. Carnacon; however, are featuring in their third final in a row having lost out to Inch Rovers in 2010 before winning last year against Na Fianna from Dublin. Donaghmoyne last won the title in 2009 following victory over Donoughmore from Cork.
