Clare Ladies Football Board Press Release 11/12/2006 The following is a provisional panel of players selected to take part in a series of trials to formulate a playing panel for the 2007 inter-county season. Clare will compete in Division 2 of the 2007 Suzuki National League and will participate in a newly revamped All Ireland Intermediate championship. Clare’s opponents in the Suzuki league will be Dublin, Sligo, Leitrim and Limerick so an exciting campaign of football lies ahead. The opening match is a home game against Limerick in early February. A team meeting will take place in the West County Hotel @ 2.00pm on Sunday next, December 17th to introduce the players to the 2007 management team and to finalise the planned training schedule for the season ahead. All players listed below are requested to attend. Clubs are also requested to instruct players not listed below, but whom they consider to be of county standard, to attend also. This is not a final list but merely a list of possible panellists for the 2007 season.
