GOLDEN BOOT AWARD

The Comverse Golden Boot Award competition begins with the start of the Senior Championship on Saturday 21st July.

Every player in the TG4 Senior Ladies Football Championship is in the running to pick up the first ever Golden Boot Award for Ladies Football.  The winner of the award is the player who scores the highest number of points during the Championship.

A dedicated Comverse Golden Boot section will appear in the Sunday Tribune each week with a league table of the top scorers in the Championship.  There will also be a feature on the player who records the highest individual tally each week.

How it Works:

• Each week every player who records a score in the TG4 Senior Ladies Football Championship is added to a central database
• Both goals and points count towards a player’s weekly and overall Championship tally
• Each week a league table of the Championship’s top scorers will appear in the Sunday Tribune

• The winner of the Comverse Golden Boot Award will be the player who has scored the highest tally of points during the group and knock-out stages of the championship
• The winner of the Comverse Golden Boot Award will be announced after the Senior All Ireland final on Sunday 30th September
