Cork FUNdamentals a huge hit

On Saturday last Cork Ladies Football ran a hugely
successful FUNdamentals Level Coaching Course
in the Cork Institute of Technology. There were
over 35 people in attendance with representatives
from 11 clubs in total. FUNdamental Tutors Michaela
O’Neill and Eilish Gormley accommodated the group
and they did so superbly combining well both theory
and practical work. They kept the group entertained
throughout and were excellent ambassadors for
coaches and ladies football.

New ideas for drills were introduced in the morning
before tucking into a tasty lunch provided by
‘In For Lunch’. The ‘Player Pathway Programme’,
incorporating fun into training sessions and how
to implement good coaching practices were also
discussed
