Dublin Ladies Football wishes the Senior B Squad and Management the best of luck in their Aisling Mc Ging All Ireland Final against Cork on Saturday at 12:45pm in Thurles. This is the 3rd year in succession that Cork and Dublin have meet in the final, with Cork winning on both previous occasions. In this years meeting in the league stages both teams shared the points. This game will be shown Live on TG4 and should be a cracking game.

The Senior A Girls team will play Kerry in their TG4 All Ireland 1/4 Final also on Saturday.This game will be shown Live on TG4 at 4:15pm.Venue yet to announced but we are hoping that Dublin supporters will be able to attend both the Aisling Mc Ging and the Seniors A game Kerry.

Best of luck to the U12 Squads as they head to the Carlow Blitz next weekend. The girls were honoured last Friday to meet the Mayor of Dublin in the mansion house, report and photographs will be posted soon on www.dublinladiesgaelic.ie

August Board Meeting will take place in Clontarf GAA Club on Tuesday 18th at 7:30pm. Agenda will be emailed to board delegates on Monday 17th August.

The Michael Murphy Perpetual Cup which is presented to the Dublin Ladies Senior Club Championship winners annually will have a new home this year as nine in a row champions (2000-08), Ballyboden St. Enda’s were defeated by Naomh Mearnóg last Wednesday in a play off. The victors will now play Na Fianna in the final on Friday, September 11th . It will be preceded by the Intermediate Championship final between Garda and St. Brigid’s. Venue to be confirmed. Our Junior, Intermediate and Senior Finals are kindly sponsored by Genprint.

As the monies for the TG4 All-Ireland finals ticket allocation is now overdue from the Dublin Ladies Board to Central Council it is imperative that the €150 owing from the majority of Clubs is forwarded to Una Kilpatrick immediately.

ALL Cups outstanding for 2008 competitions must be returned at August board meeting on Tuesday, Fines will be imposed on clubs who do not comply.
