Underage footballers in Antrim are to have the opportunity
to improve their skills thanks to an initiative called ‘Gaelic
4 Girls’. The 8 week skills based programme begins on Saturday
at three venues across Belfast and will be delivered by
coaches who have the ladies fundamentals qualification.
Girls aged between 8 and 14 can attend either Queens PEC,
Whiterock Leisure Centre or St. Malachy’s on the Antrim
Road. This excellent initiative costs just £5 for the eight
sessions and will culminate with a blitz competition at
the end.
