Donegal Notes

The Minor championship has reached semi final stage for some areas with Naomh Mhuie ,St Eunans ,having won their way through and Mc Cumhaills and Four Masters Playing at the weekend to see who proceeds to the next level.

In the other section St. Michaels travel to Milford on Saturday to meet the home side at 2pm and the following day Termon travel to the Bridge to meet the home side St. Michaels at 12 noon.

The final match in this section sees St. Michaels travel to Fanad to meet the hosts at 12 noon13th October and the top side in this section will meet St. Eunans the following day to advance to the county Minor final.

With the mens championship now in full swing trying to get pitches for games will become more difficult.

The next county meeting will be the AGM which will be held in Heeneys in Ballybofey on Sunday the 21st October at 3pm. Nomination forms for positions on the board and motions have been sent to the club secretaries and shoud be returned to the county secretary Deirdre Dillon asap
