This was a very close encounter, which could have gone either way. Sinead Ahernes’ well-taken goal in the 22nd minute put Dublin back in the game, they went in at half time one point ahead. Early in the second half Dublin extended their lead with a point from Fiona Corcoran. Roscommon took the next 3 points without reply. Dublin responded with another point and it was tit for tat until the final whistle. In the end a draw was a fair result. Dublin A plays Tyrone at home next Sunday.
