DUBLIN LADIES UPDATE The next County Board meeting will take place in Aras Atha Cliath, Parnell Park on Tuesday May 20th at 7.30pm sharp. ALL clubs are asked to ensure that their delegates are present on the night without exception as there is a very important agenda. The new Dublin Ladies Football website is now available to view at www.dublinladiesgaelic.ie This is a trial run for the site and we look forward to positive feed back. We hope to officially launch the site shortly REMINDER that ALL 2008/09 Registrations must be e-mailed to County Registrar Una Kilpatrick @ dubreg@gmail.com and the Cheque to cover the amount Must be at her address 32 Clonard Road Sandyford Dublin 16 with the postman on FRIDAY NEXT 23RD MAY Late Applications Cannot be processed until Mid-June. No unregistered players will be permitted to play Hard Luck to the Dublin Under team who were beaten by Laois in the Leinster final last Saturday. The final Grab Your Whistle course of the season will take place shortly. This is a 3 day course starting on Saturday 28th June and continuing on Saturday 5th and 26th July. Participants must be 16 years or over and they will be eligible to referee up to under 14 inter county level. These new participants will be 'buddied' with current referees in the county who will guide and support them through their training. It is important that all clubs educate a number of referees as they are an essential resource for every club. If anyone is interested in participating on this course you can contact Lyn Savage, Dublin Regional Games Development Officer – 0871316944 or lynsavage@ladiesgaelic.ie . Alternatively you can download the course registration form from the development section of the site and return along with the €20 deposit. This deposit will be returned on completion of the course.
