Former Donegal All-Ireland winner to skipper Dunedin Connollys in club semi-final

A huge weekend lies in store in the All-Ireland Club championships, as our finalists in the senior, intermediate and junior grades will be revealed.

But the action gets underway at the home of Aghabog GFC on Saturday when Monaghan’s Emmet Óg welcome Dunedin Connollys from Edinburgh for the first of the All-Ireland Intermediate semi-finals.

Donegal native Karen Feeney captains the Dunedin Connollys team, and they also have Wicklow native Caoilfhionn Deeney, an excellent forward, in their ranks.

Feeney was a member of the Donegal team that won the All-Ireland Intermediate title in 2010, and she boasts a wealth of experience.
