Gaelic4Mothers & Others to Hold First 'Summer Getaway'

 

This Summer, the LGFA will host the first Gaelic4Mothers & Others ‘Summer Getaway!’

On Saturday, June 13th, the University of Limerick will be the venue for the Summer Getaway that promises to be a great way to build team confidence, a great weekend away from it all as well as being brilliant craic.

Ireland’s Mr. Motivator, Richie Clifford, will host the day of activities in his own fun and frenetic style! A full programme of events will help teams to learn some new drills and games for their own training sessions as well as receiveing a full body workout and top tips for lifestyle and health advice… oh and a bit of football for good measure!

The action packed day is the perfect pre season getaway for any team and it will also be a great way of meeting some other clubs.

Once all the activities are finished there is also the perfect way to wind down with dinner included and a chance to let the hair down with new friends!

Places are limited so early booking is advised. This will also be one of the cheapest weekends away you will ever have it will only cost €50 for the day and includes accommodation. Cost is €25 excluding accommodation.
