Get Involved in Gaelic4Mothers&Others!!

LGFA is calling for new Clubs to get involved in the Association’s most popular initiative, the Gaelic4Mothers&Others Programme.  The initiative has a very basic concept of getting women playing Ladies Gaelic Football in a fun, non-competitive and social environment.  Through the initiative women within the local community get to meet and interact weekly while at the same time fulfilling the recommended weekly exercise for females.  Some of the current participants refer to their involvement in the programme as ‘therapy’!
