Health information evenings Vhi Healthcare and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association team up to provide Womens Health information evenings For those ladies who are taking an active interest in the lifestyle they lead, Vhi Healthcare and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association are delighted to launch Vhitality. This is a nationwide roadshow that will hold evenings across the country to focus on improving your overall health, fitness and diet. Tips will also be given on how to minimise stress and achieve a better work / life balance. Guest speakers will include experts on nutrition, stress, fitness and a representative from the Irish Cancer Society. With such an array of experts on hand, the evenings will appeal to all women who are interested in their overall well-being as well as women involved in sport, coaches, and managers. The first of the Vhitality evenings will be held on Thursday, 15th March, in Croke Park at 6.30pm. Admission on the evening is free however it is advised to book early as places are limited.
