Here are the Laois and Mayo teams for the All-Ireland U16 B Final

FOR the very first time, Laois and Mayo will lock horns in an All-Ireland U16 B Final, when the counties meet in Wednesday evening’s (July 25) decider at Duggan Park, Ballinsaloe (7.30pm).

For each of these counties, it’s their second time appearing in All-Ireland U16 B final.

Laois were defeated finalists against Tipperary in 2014, while Mayo beat Wexford in the 2010 decider.

Laois were A champions in 1988 but victory would mark a very first B success.

In their semi-finals, Mayo and Laois got past the challenges of Armagh and Limerick respectively.

Mayo enjoyed a comprehensive victory over Armagh, scoring a big tally of 9-16 in the process, while Laois registered a healthy 3-15 in their win against Limerick.
