Inside the Mind of a Champion

Our first National County Management Workshop took place in The Croke Park Hotel last Saturday 14th February and it was a hugely informative day for everyone involved. Mark Rodgers, sports psychologist, delivered a very interactive workshop which empowered the mentors in attendance to go and use the sports psychology tools provided on the day. The topic on the day was ‘Inside the Mind of a Champion’ and the workshop certainly delivered on that theme and was expertly followed up by guest speaker Eamonn Ryan who had the participants hanging on his every word.
