Juliet Murphy – Lucozade Sport/Irish Independent Player of the Month for November Juliet Murphy is the Lucozade Sport/Irish Independent Player of the Month for November. The Donoughmore captain put in a masterclass performance for her club in the Tesco All Ireland Senior Club final in Banagher. The five time All Ireland winner directed her teams challenge against Donaghmoyne and was unlucky not to be on the winning side after the 60 minutes had elapsed. Juliet wins this award for the second time in her playing career having won one back in 2004. This latest accolade will find space on the mantelpiece alongside five All Ireland medals, four National League titles and four All Star awards. “It is a great honor to receive this award. It was heartbreaking to lose the final and all the Donoughmore girls deserve enormous credit for their efforts this year. So I would like to dedicate this award to them,” said Juliet Murphy.
