Kerry Ladies County Board (KLGFA) seeks applications from suitable candidates for the following Inter County Management position:

• Senior Ladies.

The ideal candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Intercounty management experience.
• Excellent people management skills.
• High standards of professionalism regarding training, team structures, player welfare, planning, and organization.
• Candidates should be motivated leaders that inspire and who share a realistic but ambitious vision for the future.

The successful candidate should also be willing to work competently with County Board officers, club mentors and when required, parents.

 

All Kerry Ladies Inter County managers as per the policy of  KLGFA will work within the Guidelines of the LGFA and the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Young Players.
