Key semi-finals in store as race for Gourmet Food Parlour HEC League glory hots up

THE race for glory in the Gourmet Food Parlour HEC Leagues is hotting up.

There will be a new winner of the Division 1 title this year as holders and O’Connor Cup Champions Dublin City University are out of the running for League glory.

The Division 1 semi-finals, pencilled in for Wednesday, November 14, will feature UCD, UCC, UL and QUB.

UCD have home advantage for their clash with UCC, while a venue half way between UL and QUB (Queen’s University Belfast) will stage the other semi-final.

There are also semi-finals in Divisions 2 and 4, with quarter-final ties scheduled for Division 5.
