MOVILLE WIN SECOND SENIOR LADIES TITLE

Moville won their second ladies senior County title with an excellent first half performance of very clinical football.The score at half time was Moville 1–8 Termon 0–1.Niamh Hegarty scored three points from frees,Trease Doherty got two from play, and Niamh Mc Laughlin three from play and Therese got a goal just on half time with Termon’s only reply a point from Maureen
O’ Donnell. Termon came out in the second half a much more focused team and got points from Geraldine Mc Laughlin and Olive Mc Cafferty. Moville replied with a goal from Niamh Mc Laughlin and a point from a free by Niamh Hegarty and a
goal and a point from Anita Doherty.Geraldine then showed what she is so good at with three goals in as many minutes.Moville replied with points from Ciara Hegarty, Marie Kelly, and Niamh Hegarty.Termon got the match’s final score with great goal but it was just too little too late and Moville ran out convincing winners to a score of Moville 3–13 Termon 4–3.
